Lead Trainer, Service Solutions (Productivity Coach)

BrainStorm, Inc. is seeking tech-savvy, people-savvy, travel-loving trainers to join its world class services team. BrainStorm places trainers in front of its most valued and strategic clients to facilitate exploration and education of end-user productivity software.

Responsibilities primarily include:

    • Facilitating story-driven Office 365 software training for enterprises.

    • Contributing to the development of training curriculum and accompanying documentation.

    • Serving as an internal subject matter expert and thought leader.

    • Mentoring other training facilitators to foster excellence across the training pool.

BrainStorm training is conducted onsite at client locations across the US and occasional international locations and online via virtual platforms. 

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Medical, dental, 401k and other benefits are included. Preferred locations are Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, DC, and New York Metro.

    • Bachelor's degree.

  • Preferred:

    • Strong academic performance.

    • Foreign language capabilities are a plus. Current needs are for Spanish and French.
